Preschool Classes
Ages 3-5
Our program offers a Monday preschool class for children ages 3 to 5. Parent participation is not required for pre-school gymnastics and preschool gymnasts should be able to participate independently of their parents. Parents will be allowed to watch classes from the hallway outside of the gym.
In the Pre-School Gymnastics program children are divided into individual groups and they rotate around to each event where they are helped by one of the Glastonbury Gymnastics Staff. The focus of our pre-school gymnastics program is to develop body awareness and to introduce basic gymnastics skills, building a strong foundation for future gymnastics development.
Pre-School Class is offered Mondays from 3:00-3:45pm. Children must be 3 years old by the start of the session - no exceptions please!
Age 4 & 5
In addition to the preschool class mentioned above, our program offers one recreational level class that is open to independent four year old children. Please note that parent observation is not allowed in our recreational level classes. Children must be 4 years old by the start of the session - no exceptions please!
The recreational level class that is open to 4 year old children is offered on Mondays from 3:45-4:45pm. Again, children must be 4 years old by the first day of class.
